We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Executive - Service & Support
to handle Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) calls and related service coordination activities. The role involves ensuring timely follow-ups, addressing client queries, and coordinating with the service team to deliver smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and receive inbound calls related to AMC services.
Provide timely reminders and follow-ups with customers regarding contract renewals, payments, and service schedules.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, AMC contracts, and service details.
Coordinate with internal service teams for timely execution of customer requests.
Handle basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues to higher authorities.
Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a professional approach in all communications.
Prepare daily/weekly reports of calls, customer responses, and contract status.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma (any discipline).
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Strong verbal communication skills in English & Malayalam (Hindi will be an added advantage).
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build customer rapport.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
