About Chandi Hospitality:

Chandi Hospitality is a leading hospitality group bases in California. With a portfolio of restaurants, breweries, and quick-service brands, we are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven SEO, Website & Content Executive in Mohali our India Office to help strengthen our online presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Management

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.

Optimize website structure, content, and metadata to improve organic rankings.

Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.

2. Website Management & Content Updates

Regularly update and maintain website content including menus, blogs, banners, and promotional content.

Ensure all website updates are SEO-optimized, mobile-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.

Work closely with developers/designers to ensure website functionality and performance.

3. Social Media & Data Posting

Schedule and publish posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

Maintain a content calendar for social media and digital campaigns.

Post product updates, event promotions, and real-time content in coordination with the marketing team.

4. Content Creation & Coordination

Update

web pages, social media, emailers, and promotional material.

Collaborate with designers to create compelling visuals and creatives for campaigns.

Proofread and ensure brand tone consistency across all content formats.

5. Influencer Marketing & Campaign Support

Identify and reach out to relevant influencers for partnerships and collaborations.

Coordinate influencer content delivery, approvals, and campaign timelines.

Track and report performance metrics for influencer campaigns.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in SEO, content management, and digital marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google tools) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.) and basic graphic tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.). Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working night shifts. Hospitality or food & beverage experience is a bonus.
