Executive / Senior Executive - Logistics (Last Mile )

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

last mile delivery operations

, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to end points.

Coordinate with drivers and transport partners

for daily route planning and execution.

Monitor vehicle movement

and ensure proper utilization of fleet and resources. Track and update

delivery status, exceptions, and escalations

in coordination with the warehouse and operations team. Ensure

proper documentation and proof of delivery (POD)

are collected and maintained.

Follow up on appointments, dispatch schedules, and delivery commitments

to ensure timely execution. Liaise with

warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams

to resolve delivery-related issues. Maintain and monitor

daily MIS reports

on vehicle utilization, delivery timelines, and manpower. Ensure

compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards

. Support in

vendor coordination and 3PL supervision

for smooth last mile operations.

Key Requirements:

Graduate or Diploma in

Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations

.
2-4 years of experience in

last mile operations

within the

FMCG or logistics sector

.
Strong understanding of

delivery and vehicle tracking processes

.
Good communication skills in

Hindi and Tamil and English

(mandatory to interact with drivers and vendors).
Proficiency in

MS Excel and basic reporting tools

.
