We're Hiring - Competitive Pool for 3 Executive Roles

Work Mode: Remote during Training ? Full-Time (onsite/hybrid) after Selection

Training Duration: 3 Months

Associates to be Onboarded Now: 6-8 candidates

Final Executive Positions After 3 Months: 3 Roles

Training Compensation: Stipend + Performance Bonus

Executive Compensation (after selection): In-hand Salary + Incentives + Bonuses

About the Opportunity -

We are onboarding 6 to 8 Associates who will go through a structured 3-month training & performance evaluation program.

At the end of the program, top performers will be selected for 3 full-time Executive roles.

Positions open across:

Lead Generation Executive Marketing AI Prompt Engineering AI Data Training / Data Labeling / AI Trainers
What You Will Experience -

During the training period, you will:

Work on real tasks and performance challenges Learn modern AI and marketing automation tools Work on sales outreach, lead generation & AI-driven workflows Participate in weekly assessments Build real work experience and portfolio outcomes
Compensation Structure -

Stage Details -

After Selection (Executive Role) Full-Time Salary (in-hand) + Incentives + Bonuses

Final Selection 3 Executives chosen from 6-8 trainees
