Job Purpose

• Responsible for execution of security programs thereby ensuring safeguarding the infrastructure, customer and tenant interests

Accountabilities and KPIs

• Undertake visits or round ups ensuring upkeep of mall property at all times, identify any security risks and report it to management
• Ensure safeguarding of mall infrastructure and assets at all times
• Ensure security and safety drills are conducted as per schedule. Record observations, if any
• Ensure adherence to SoPs and SLAs at all times
• Ensure all the processes are legally compliant and adhered to
• Liaise with government body and officials on a regular basis
• Act as a single point of contact for all stakeholders regarding any security concern
• Comply to the legal processes (FIR, complaints etc.) in cases of reported security incidents and breaches
• Work in coordination with facilities team in order to ensure smooth operation
• Work with team of 3rd party sub-contractors to ensure efficient security management and execution
• Keep a track and document footfall of the mall premises, incidents occurred and security equipment
• Create Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports for management review

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
• Diploma in Hospitality/ Security management (Mandatory)
• At least 3-5 plus years of relevant work experience (security for commercial or highrise property is preferred)
