Executive Director
and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director.
Draft and prepare letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other official documents.
Schedule, coordinate, and attend meetings on behalf of the Director.
Take notes and prepare accurate minutes of meetings.
Receive and review incoming communication/memos on behalf of senior staff, determine importance, and summarize and share with the concerned team members.
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
Handle general office administration and clerical duties as required.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Thorough knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record-keeping systems.
High proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
or similar software, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Qualification:
Any
Graduate / Post Graduate
1 year experience in a similar role is preferred
Good communication skills (spoken & written).
Good typing skills and strong command over MS Office.
