Maintaining and coordinating the Medical Director's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Communication Management:
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and directing inquiries to appropriate parties.
Meeting Coordination:
Preparing agendas, distributing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items from meetings and also to conduct Tumor Board Meetings.
Document Preparation:
