Key Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
Manage and maintain the Chairman's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel
Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents with discretion and accuracy
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and briefing materials
Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings and discussions
Organize and manage travel itineraries, visa processing, and accommodations
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications
Maintain and organize filing systems (digital and physical)
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations related to the Chairman's office
Liaise with senior executives, clients, and board members on behalf of the Chairman
Be available beyond regular office hours as per the Chairman's schedule and travel plans
Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of proven experience
as Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
Willingness to work long/flexible hours based on business demands
Immediate availability is highly preferred
