This role demands a professional with
at least 5 years of experience
in a similar or business operations role, with the ability to handle confidential information, coordinate across departments, analyse business performance, and drive execution of strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive & Strategic Support
Serve as the
primary point of contact
between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare
strategic reports, presentations, and dashboards
for board meetings and management reviews.
Participate in high-level meetings,
record and distribute minutes
, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate and prioritize the CEO's schedule, meetings, and communications efficiently.
2. Business Analysis & Operations Support
Analyze business performance, operations data, and KPIs; provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and production teams to monitor project progress and business targets.
Assist in
business optimization initiatives
process improvement, cost efficiency, productivity tracking, etc.
Support in preparing annual plans, budgets, and strategy documents in alignment with the CEO's vision.
3. Leadership in CEO's Absence
Act as the
representative of the CEO
in day-to-day operations when the CEO is traveling or unavailable.
Coordinate and manage cross-departmental communication and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Handle confidential correspondence and make independent decisions within delegated authority.
4. Strategic & Administrative Management
Draft, review, and refine business-related communications, reports, and proposals.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and archives of key business and operational data.
Assist in
policy development

SOP creation
, and
strategic planning
for the organization.
Work closely with senior leadership to ensure strategic initiatives are executed on time.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Business Administration, Management, or related field
(MBA preferred).
Experience:
Minimum
5 years of experience
as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Business Analyst to senior leadership.
Proven track record in
business operations, analysis, and strategic planning.
Experience working in fast-paced, multi-functional environments.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of
MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
and
business analytics tools (Power BI, Google Sheets, etc.)
Familiarity with
ERP/CRM systems
and
data-driven reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
