Key responsibilities
01. To check the day to day activity of the reporting person and remind the same.
02. To schedule the appointment for meeting and check the availability of the person and confirm an hour before
03. To inform the presents of the meeting members.
04. To organize various meetings.
05. To provide the necessary documents for the meeting of the reporting person.
06. To maintain the fund and related files.
07. To ensure the cleanliness of the table and room of the reporting person.
08. To check the mails on daily basis and make a draft and get approval for sending the same
09. To respond for all the incoming mails and reply back within the working day.
10. To collect the meeting minutes of the reporting, person from the concern department, read and follow up the person until the discussed points has been completed. The same needs to report back to the reporting person.
11. To send bulk mail by mail merge and confirm the receipt of the mail.
12. To prepare the Power Point Presentation based on the requirement.
13. To follow up with vendors if any events.
14. To coordinate with drivers regards to schedule of visits and outside meetings.
15. To prioritize the work and based on that the work to be done.
16. To do travel arrangement whenever and wherever required.
17. To do hotel bookings directly and through agents whenever and wherever required.
18. To do other works related to social activities and maintain the records, reports of the same.
19. Establishing quality management system practice in the department as per ISO requirements.
20. Any other additional responsibilities that may be entrusted to you by the Management from time to time.
Location - Chennai ( T.Nagar)
Salary - 20,000 - 24,000 per month (depending on experience)
Experience - 1+ Years In Personal Secretary Role
Qualification - Any Degree Graduate
