Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
Prepare letters, reports, and other documents.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain confidential files and records.
Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries.
Coordinate with departments and external contacts as needed.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.
