Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Head of Advertisement Revenue - Broadcast & Digital. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential matters, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced media environment. The incumbent will act as a key enabler to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely approvals, and effective coordination across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prioritize appointments, and ensure optimal time management.
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up action items for internal and external meetings.
Handle confidential communication, sensitive documents, and business-critical information with utmost discretion.
Coordination & Operational Support
Act as a central coordination point between the Head, Direct Reports (DRs), internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Assist DRs with operational support as and when required to ensure seamless workflow and execution.
Track tasks, deadlines, and commitments to ensure timely completion and follow-ups.
Support smooth execution of key business initiatives and reviews.
Process & Approval Management
Ensure all
AROs (Advertising Release Orders)
,
PMS
, and
Omniflow
approvals are tracked and completed within defined timelines.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure there are no delays in approvals, documentation, or payment processes.
Maintain records and trackers for approvals, workflows, and operational milestones.
Travel & Logistics
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, itineraries, and visa requirements as applicable.
Manage logistics for conferences, events, and off-site meetings.
