Position: Executive Assistant to DirectorKey Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
Maintain, organize, and manage documents, reports, and records for easy access and reference.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
2. Meeting Coordination
Prepare detailed meeting agendas and circulate them in advance.
Record, compile, and distribute accurate Minutes of Meetings (MOM) with clear action points and deadlines.
Track assigned tasks and follow up with department heads to ensure timely completion.
3. Communication Management
Draft, proofread, and manage emails, letters, and official correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Ensure professional communication with strong email etiquette and attention to detail.
4. Liaison Role
Act as a key point of contact between the Director and department heads to ensure smooth and effective communication.
Handle routine inquiries independently and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when required.
5. Calendar & Schedule Management
Plan, organize, and manage the Director's daily schedule efficiently.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
Education:
MBA or BBA from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum
2+ years
of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Management Assistant).
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
