Key Responsibilities:
Lead and build the
Executive Search practice
end-to-end - from client acquisition to delivery. Manage and grow relationships with CXO & Board-level stakeholders. Independently
run board and leadership mandates
, ensuring high-quality execution. Take full
P&L ownership
for the practice and scale it as a business unit. Work closely with the leadership team to drive growth and profitability.
Required Experience:
10+ years of experience in Executive Search or Leadership Hiring. Long-term tenure with a reputed executive search or recruitment firm. Proven track record of handling
board-level and CXO mandates
independently. Strong exposure to
Finance leadership hiring
; background in banking or financial services is preferred. Excellent network and relationships with senior talent and clients.
