and build a high-impact leadership hiring vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and build the Executive Search practice end-to-end, from client acquisition to successful mandate delivery. Develop and manage long-term relationships with CXO and Board-level stakeholders. Independently execute board-level and senior leadership mandates with a strong focus on quality and outcomes. Take complete P&L ownership of the practice and scale it as a strategic business unit. Collaborate closely with the leadership team to drive growth, profitability, and market positioning.
Required Experience
10+ years of experience in Executive Search or Leadership Hiring. Demonstrated long-term tenure with a reputed executive search or recruitment firm. Proven ability to independently manage board-level and CXO hiring mandates. Strong exposure to
Industrial leadership hiring
(Manufacturing, Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure, Industrials, or related sectors). Well-established network and relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers within industrial organizations.
