Provide first-level support for SAP S/4HANA users across modules like MM, SD, FICO, PP, and others.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues to the SAP Basis or development team.
Assist in testing and deployment of SAP updates, patches, and enhancements.
Maintain documentation of support tickets, resolutions, and user guides.
Train end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
Collaborate with business users to understand pain points and suggest improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA support or similar ERP environment.
Working knowledge of at least two SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO, PP).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
