Job Description

The Shipping Executive holds overall responsibility for the Control of Full Stock / Preparation and Reporting of MIS reports. His main function is to prepare Daily FMR (Full Movement Report) of Plant/DPGP/SRGD and reconcile differences. He has to handle floor operation, Inventory & fleet plus exposure to some warehouse ERP, WMS, 5S & other common warehouse / transport practices .

Job Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7

Daily preparation of FMR (full movement report) of Plant/DPGP/SRGD & reconcile differences (if any) on a daily basis
\xef\x82\xb7 On time generation & reporting of MIS reports
\xef\x82\xb7 Flag off critical stock / FIFO non compliance on a regular basis
\xef\x82\xb7 Month end stock reconciliation and submit the report to finance as per closing schedule.
\xef\x82\xb7 Accurate accounting and book entry for sale return.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure zero deviation in full transferred from production (FTP)
\xef\x82\xb7 Check all unloading related documentation and sign off
\xef\x82\xb7 Issue & receipt empties from production and reconcile with production
\xef\x82\xb7 Supervise daily stock taking of empties / shells & identify shortages
\xef\x82\xb7 Daily updating Breakage register
\xef\x82\xb7 Controlling & reducing breakages during empty loading & unloading
\xef\x82\xb7 Carry out inventory control of empty glasses inventory
\xef\x82\xb7 Update FRA and invoices of DPGP/SRGD on daily Basis.
\xef\x82\xb7 Accurate adjustment entry in system for any identified deviations
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure daily updating of critical stock board
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure TPM slates and DOD stickering are being updated everyday.
\xef\x82\xb7 Dispatches as per plan and orders
\xef\x82\xb7 Arranging and allocation of trucks according to the load and capability.
\xef\x82\xb7 Tally invoice to distributor order. Sign off and get the truck driver\xe2\x80\x99s sign there in the invoice .





Job Requirement

Min Education: Graduate
Min Experience: 2 - 3 yrs in Shipping & Logistics in FMCG, Manufacturing Industry.
Language: Hindi, English, and / or Knowledge of Local language
IT Knowledge: Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and preferably SAP
