The role involves visiting secondary markets (Dealers, Retailers, AID - Architects, Interior Designers, Developers), showcasing product range, driving orders, and ensuring smooth sales execution. Strong field presence and relationship management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Visits & Sales Execution
Visit dealers and retailers to promote products.
Generate orders from secondary markets and place them with distributors.
Ensure planned monthly visits to dealers/retailers and AIDs.
Follow up on order execution and fulfillment.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Resolve queries and provide after-sales support.
Drive sales from active dealers.
3. Order Management
Collect and process orders from dealers/retailers.
Track order status and ensure timely closure.
4. Market Analysis & Reporting
Identify trends, customer needs, and competitor moves.
Share feedback with seniors on demand patterns and opportunities.
Submit daily/weekly visit reports and order updates.
5. Marketing & Brand Promotion
Execute promotional activities like Carpenter Meets and Safalta Program.
Support new product launches and category-wise sales focus.
Improve retail branding locally.
Skills Required
