We are looking for a results-oriented Corporate Training Sales Executive to drive sales of our training and learning solutions to corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales skills, the ability to engage with HR and L&D leaders, Top level executives and a passion for helping organizations improve workforce capability.The Corporate Training Sales Executive / Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients for the company's training and development solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, proposing tailored training programs, and achieving revenue goals through consultative B2B sales.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development- Identify and approach potential corporate clients (HR, L&D, and business heads).- Generate qualified leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and digital channels.- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase training offerings.- Develop customized proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements.- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.2. Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.- Act as a point of contact for client queries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.- Upsell and cross-sell additional training solutions to existing accounts.3. Coordination with Internal Teams- Collaborate with training delivery, content, and operations teams to ensure smooth program execution.- Gather client feedback post-training to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas.4.
