1. To receive and place orders through emails in the format & Entering in ERP
2. Preparation of Performa Invoice & related Documents for shipment readiness (Domestic & Exports).
3. Placing of work orders to the Production team and follow up on pending and urgent orders
4. Effective coordination with distributors and the sales team to address enquiries related to pending orders, dispatch details, and to ensure seamless communication that supports business growth.
5. Territory-wise analysis to be conducted for sales and collection to inform strategic planning and optimize business performance.
6. Territory-wise product movement analysis to be conducted to inform inventory management, optimize supply chain logistics, and drive business growth.
7. Distributor agreements are to be managed as per the QMS process, covering appointment, monitoring, coordination, review, evaluation, and renewal to ensure compliant and effective partnerships.
8. Forward traceability involves monitoring, receiving information from distributors, and reporting to ensure supply chain visibility and effectiveness.
9. Coordinating with the dispatch, logistics, and finished goods stores teams to ensure smooth export shipments and timely updates on pending orders.
10. Participation in company audits shall be ensured, and should be capable of demonstrating each process involved in the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and adherence to standards.
11. Preparation and maintenance of the QMS related documents.
12. Preparation of CAPA reports of Audit's NC's
