About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive who can independently handle
lead generation, sales calling, HR coordination, and MIS reporting
. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic analytical ability, and a good command of MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales Coordination
Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to generate leads.
Follow up with existing clients for payments, pending invoices, and renewals.
Maintain and update the CRM or lead tracker sheet regularly.
Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-up activities.
Prepare basic sales reports as needed.
2. HR Coordination & Recruitment Support
Conduct phone-based screening of candidates as per guidelines.
Shortlist and prepare a trimmed list of suitable candidates for the HR Manager.
Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and internal teams.
Assist HR with documentation, onboarding follow-ups, and maintaining basic HR records.
3. MIS & Administrative Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports including:
Attendance Report
Leave Report
Task/Calling Summary (if required)
Maintain and update employee data sheets.
Share accurate and timely reports with the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 0-2 years' experience in Sales Support / HR Calling / Back Office roles.
Good MS Excel skills
(VLOOKUP, filters, formatting, basic formulas).
Strong communication skills
(Hindi, Marathi + English preferred).
Ability to manage calls, maintain data, and follow structured workflows.
Strong follow-up ability and deadline-oriented approach.
Multitasking capability with attention to detail.
Professional behavior and client-friendly communication tone.
Preferred Skills (Add-ons)
Experience with CRM or ATS tools.
Knowledge of Google Sheets & Google Workspace.
Basic understanding of HR policies or sales funnel stages.
Ability to analyze and present data neatly.
Work Expectations
Daily calling targets (sales + HR).
Timely submission of MIS reports.
Polite and consistent client communication.
Coordination with internal departments as needed.
Compensation
?15,000 - ?20,000 per month
(Salary will be based on skills, experience, and performance during the interview.)
