Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to manage enquiries, prepare quotations, proforma invoices, follow up with clients, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound enquiries, gather complete customer details, and log them in CRM/Excel. - Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices accurately and promptly, follow up with clients. - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling complementary products. - Research new industries and potential clients, send company introductions and follow up on leads. - Maintain daily and weekly reports on enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups. Skills & Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Knowledge of electronics or industrial tools is a plus. - Prior experience in sales support preferred. - Experience with LinkedIn branding and social media content management is an added advantage.
