Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate and participate in customer meetings to understand spare part requirements and provide appropriate solutions.- Manage spare part orders from inquiry to final delivery, including offer preparation, status reporting, and payment follow-up.- Prepare and maintain offer status reports to track quotations and responses efficiently.- Monitor stock availability for both spare parts and new machines; coordinate with logistics for timely order dispatch.- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, or conferences to generate leads and promote company offerings.- Manage post-event activities such as lead follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.- Draft and send introductory emails to leads generated from trade fairs or provided by Principals; forward relevant inquiries to the technical team for further discussion.- Support visa application processes and prepare invitation letters for visiting principals and customers.Requirements (experience/skills):- Any graduate (B.E. Mechanical/Electrical preferred).- Schooling from an ICSE, CBSE, or Convent background is preferred.- Prior experience in trade shows, exhibitions, or similar promotional events is an advantage.- A fair understanding of EXIM procedures, including export/import documentation, customs regulations, and related compliance processes.- Experience in using the SAP system for day-to-day sales operations and reporting.- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet research/tools.- Excellent presentation and communication skills.- Strong time management, organizational abilities, and high standards of professional ethics.Behaviors:- Excellent assessment and listening skills.- Strong communicator who pays attention to detail and deadlines.- Excellent team player with high-level people skills (ref:updazz.com)
