Exp: 2 yrs+Location: SuratWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and business development in the steel industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling steel products (such as TMT bars, structural steel, HR/CR coils, pipes, etc.), developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market environment.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory/region.- Generate leads, meet prospective customers (fabricators, builders, infrastructure companies, stockists, etc.), and convert them into clients.- Promote and sell steel products as per company offerings and customer requirements.- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices and terms of sale.- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, production) for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and trends.- Maintain regular MIS and reports related to sales activities, customer visits, and order status.- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meets as required.Key Skills & Competencies:- Knowledge of steel products and their applications in various industries.- Strong sales and negotiation skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
