To drive sales growth in the Press Part Division by visiting customers, generating leads, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-up on purchase orders and payments, and representing the company's product offerings through effective presentations and commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Visits & Lead Generation
Regularly visit existing and potential customers to generate business leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements.
Sales Target Achievement
Work towards and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and submit sales forecasts and reports as required.
Follow-up for Orders & Payments
Follow up with customers for purchase orders and ensure timely order processing.
Coordinate with customers to follow up and ensure timely payment collection.
Product Promotion & Presentation
Promote Press Part Division products through technical presentations and product demos.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/solutions accordingly.
Commercial Negotiation & Coordination
Coordinate with internal commercial and production teams for timely delivery.
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and other commercial aspects with customers.
Requirement Clarity & Documentation
Gather detailed technical and commercial requirements from customers.
Ensure clear documentation and communication of customer requirements to internal teams.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused approach
Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of press part products or engineering components (preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
Experience: 4-5 years in B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Customer Support in a manufacturing or engineering company (preferably in press parts or metal components)
