Automobile Bike Sales ExecutiveRoles & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Interaction

Greet customers and understand their requirements and budget Explain bike models, features, pricing, mileage, and variants Conduct test rides and product demonstrations Convert walk-in inquiries into confirmed sales
2. Sales Target Achievement

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Promote new models, offers, and seasonal schemes Upsell accessories, insurance, extended warranty, and AMC plans
3. Documentation & Billing

Assist customers with booking, invoicing, and delivery process Prepare sales documents such as quotations, booking forms, and delivery notes Coordinate with finance and insurance departments for loan approvals
4. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain customer database and follow up on inquiries Build long-term customer relationships for repeat sales Ensure smooth delivery and post-sale follow-up
5. Product Knowledge

Stay updated on product specifications, competitors, and market trends Explain maintenance schedules, service intervals, and warranty details
6. Marketing & Lead Generation

Generate leads through referrals, phone calls, and local marketing activities Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns Follow up on online and telephonic inquiries
7. Showroom Management

Ensure bikes are clean, displayed properly, and ready for test rides Maintain showroom appearance and branding standards Coordinate with stock yard for vehicle availability
8. Compliance & Ethics

Follow company sales policies and ethical practices Ensure legal compliance with RTO and documentation requirements
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
