Job Title: Sales Representative - Bathware Company Location: 1) Ahmedabad, Gujarat. 2) Rajkot, Gujarat. 3) Udaipur, Rajasthan, 4) Surat, Gujarat 5) Jaipur, Rajasthan 6) Noida, U.P. 7) Delhi NOTE: Minimum 3 years\' experience required in Bathware Product Line Job Overview: As a Sales Representative within our Bathware Company, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and developing sales through channel network. You will also be required to promote/sale our products to developers for institutional sales. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, foster strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and customer referrals to achieve and exceed sales targets. 2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our bathware product line, including features, benefits, and technical specifications, to effectively communicate and demonstrate product value to customers. 3. Channel/Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Channel Partners/customers by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly. 4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth and product enhancement. 5. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate new markets, expand customer base, and increase sales volume. 6. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives that support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility. 7. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to management. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience in sales, preferably within the bathware industry or related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities. - Solid understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - A bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Other Requirements: - A valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as needed. - Flexibility in working hours to accommodate customer schedules and attend industry events.
