In this role, you'll be the face of JobSpot Services, helping job seekers-ranging from OPT, STEM OPT, H1B holders to non-IT graduates-discover career-boosting opportunities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love consultative selling, and are passionate about making a real impact in people's lives, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate leads through cold calling LinkedIn outreach, university connections and referrals.- Pitch JobSpot service to potential clients (students and job seekers) and explain the value proposition clearly.- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand candidate pain points and recommend suitable JobSpot service plan solutions.- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and convert inbound leads.- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities- client interactions and agreement in CRM tools.- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.Requirements :Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or telecalling (experience in staffing, edtech, or recruitment services preferred).- Strong English communication and presentation skills.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term trust.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.- Knowledge of the U.S job market and OPT/HB1 visa processes will be an advantage.What We Offer- Competitive fixed salary + attractive incentive structure.- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing international brand.- Comprehensive training and mentorship to accelerate your growth.- Career growth opportunities within Zorix and JobSpot'S global expansion.- A vibrant, collaborative, and inclusive work culture.
