Roles & Responsibilities- Actively engage with potential home buyers and guide them through the property buying journey.- Maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.- Conduct property walkthroughs, presentations, and site visits.- Follow up with leads from various digital and offline sources.- Work closely with the marketing team for campaign inputs and market feedback.- Maintain CRM data and daily activity reports.- Collaborate with the post-sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction through the entire journey. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious sales professionals to be part of large-scale developments with high growth and earning potential. Must-Haves- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields).- 2-4 years of experience in real estate or high-ticket sales.- Strong understanding of sales cycles and customer relationship management.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Familiarity with real estate regulations and trends in Bangalore. Good-to-Haves- Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.- Fluency in Kannada is a plus.- Background in luxury real estate or architecture will be an added edge. Soft Skills- Target-driven with a persuasive and empathetic approach.- Self-motivated, presentable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.- Strong work ethic and team player attitude. Logistics- Workweek: 6 days (including weekends), with a weekly off on a weekday.- Work Mode: In-office- Location: Bangalore Reporting & Team Structure- Reports to: Head of Sales- Team Size: 4-6 members- Role: Individual Contributor (with growth potential into a managerial role) Additional Responsibilities- Supporting marketing events and expo participation when required.- Collaborating with legal and operations teams for seamless customer onboarding.
