Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive :We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, promoting properties, and closing sales to achieve company targets.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities- Meet potential clients to understand their property requirements and budget- Present, promote, and show residential and/or commercial properties to clients- Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, legal requirements, and market trends- Negotiate terms of sales and assist clients through the buying or leasing process- Prepare and follow up on proposals, agreements, and documentation- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients- Achieve individual and team sales targets- Keep records of client interactions and sales activitiesRequirements & Qualifications:- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude- Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage- Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, email)- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred (ref:updazz.com)
