The ideal candidate will excel in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals for premium residential real estate projects. Strong sales acumen, market knowledge, and customer-centric approach are essential. Experience in Bangalore's real estate sector will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Handle walk-ins, portal leads, referrals; conduct calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups to convert enquiries into site visits.- Client Presentations: Showcase projects through presentations, site visits, and detailed explanations of pricing, payment plans, and offers.- Sales Closure: Negotiate deals, secure bookings, coordinate documentation, and ensure smooth handover with CRM/Accounts team.- Reporting & Targets: Maintain daily MIS on enquiries, visits, and closures; achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to drive sales strategies.- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and legal teams for seamless project delivery.Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduate (any stream) with 1-3 years of real estate sales experience.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and WhatsApp Business.- Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market, RERA regulations preferred.
