Real Estate Sales Executive- Experience: 0 - 4 years- Salary: 2.40 - 4.20 Lacs P.A.- Location: Bengaluru (HRBR Layout)About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Real Estate Sales Executive to join our high-performance sales team. This is an individual contributor role where you will manage your own client portfolio, engage with prospective homebuyers, provide strong project knowledge, and drive conversions for premium residential projects.Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients to understand their property requirements and investment goals.- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.- Share detailed project knowledge, market insights, and property comparisons to support client decisions.- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and coordinate site visits.- Assist in negotiations, documentation, and deal closures.- Maintain updated knowledge of real estate market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and regulatory changes.- Update CRM with accurate client interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline status.- Support senior management with MIS reporting, documentation, and sales collateral improvements.- Identify process gaps and contribute to improving pre-sales workflows.Required Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.- 1-6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and investment-led advisory.- Experience with Category A developers is an added advantage.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).- Strong customer orientation and a solution-focused mindset.Personal Attributes- Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.- Excellent organizational and negotiation abilities.- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
