We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage sales order processing, material planning, inventory control, delivery reliability, and customer support. The role involves coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution, timely dispatches, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Order Processing:
Review customer POs against contracts, resolve discrepancies, register orders, and issue order acknowledgements.
Material Planning & Inventory Control:
Plan materials for customer orders/forecasts, release MRPs, follow up with procurement, track shortages, manage shelf-life stock, and maintain optimum inventory levels.
Delivery Reliability:
Coordinate with production & logistics for dispatches, monitor delivery schedules, issue pre-alerts for delays, and drive corrective actions.
Inventory Analysis:
Classify RM inventory, prepare inventory turns reports, initiate actions to improve turnover, and dispose of non-moving stock.
Material Kitting:
Ensure kit list updates, physical kitting, and smooth flow of materials to production to meet daily targets.
Customer Support:
Share dispatch details, track open orders, review lead times, and provide customer-specific reports.
Others:
Maintain customer POs & records, support projects/initiatives, and complete delegated tasks through internal systems.
