We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive - Sales Operations to support our growing sales team. In this role, you will manage CRM tools, track key sales metrics, generate reports, and assist in improving sales processes. You'll also play a key role in handling quotes,

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy
Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline metrics
Prepare quotes and provide pricing support to the sales team
Generate and manage sales-related reports, dashboards, and forecasts
Assist with the creation and management of customer invoices and sales contracts
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to support sales initiatives
Help identify and implement improvements in sales tools, processes, and workflows
Support the sales team with data-driven insights and administrative coordination
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role
Experience working in cybersecurity or SaaS sales strongly preferred
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data
Education: B.Tech in Engineering, IT, or a related field
