Job Description

1. Understanding customer's requirement & acquiring new customers through search engines, Market Research, Market Connects & Industrial connects, Trade Shows, references etc. to increase & expand business.
2. Distributor customers Handling, Direct customers, Sales for assigned territory, Customer mapping, Secondary sales mapping.
3. Achieving monthly Sales Budget and collection Target for both direct customers and Distributor.
4. New customer/ business development - adding new potential accounts in South region
5. Attending and learning form trials as per the requirement & ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Reactivating the ex-customers.
7. Competition mapping and aligning best possible value proposition to end customer with Reagens India/ Indofil product range
8. Liaise with company's existing customers.
9. Daily reporting in terms of customer visits, collections & payment follow ups.
