About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Sales Executive

with 1.6 to 2.5 years of proven experience in sales. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, deliver client-focused solutions, and contribute to the overall success of the organization..

Responsibility

Actively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and after-sales support. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings.

Requirement

Must achieve assigned targets and KRAs within defined timelines Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1.6 to 2.5 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (specific sector experience can be added here if needed). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills.
