Job Summary



Dimexon is seeking a dynamic Executive, Sales to get the accurate requirement of the clients

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities



Achieving the targeted sales growth, profit margin and product mix for the region Developing the new customers / clients adherence to the KYC norms. Ensure the high level of customer satisfaction Maintain system hygiene of all the sales conducted Accountable for Inventory hygiene Implementing the effective sales process to attain the business objectives Assisting Head Sales in preparation of AOP for the sales department Analyze and classify the existing and potential customers on regular basis based on different criteria like business, receivables etc. Adhere to the timelines for all delivery to the customers Fulfilling the demand of the customers as per the requirement and also identify their future needs. Improve the sales capability by identifying the loop holes in the current process / system and provide input for its improvement Gather relevant information about the client / customers through different sources before partnering with them. As per KYC norms. Develop a rapport with the new customers and maintain the same with the old customers to enhance the business. Adhere to the company's standard at each and every front of sales. Keep updated self and other team mates with the current market situations.

Qualifications



Any Graduate from recognized institute / University with good academic record.

Skills and Competencies



Deep understanding of the customer's requirements particularly in the Indian Markets. Maintain good relationships with the client Good Negotiation Skill Skills to promote Idea to Own Organization as well as Clients Documentation Skill Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, PPT Researcher

Languages Known:



English Hindi Gujarati

Experience



At least 5 - 6 years of experience in Polished Diamonds Sales
