JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Process
Ensure sales closure and achievement of sales target
Regular customer-connect feedback up-dation in system
Exhaustive product knowledge & micro market understanding
Customers
Resolve any queries raised by the customers with the help of Senior Associate/Project Lead
Escalate grievances/ extraordinary event at site or site marketing office to the Senior Associate/Project Lead
Assist customers in completing booking process
Financials
Preparation of quotation & cost sheet and sharing the same with clients
Requirements
3-5 years of real estate sales experience (residential preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work target-driven with good follow-up discipline.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
