As a Executive at Ledure Lightings Limited, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales team and channel partner network.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners, dealers, distributors to expand our distribution network.
Proven track record of channel partner relationships.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Build and maintain strong and productive relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the lighting industry to identify new opportunities and threats.
Focus on to achieve your monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of channel partner activities and sales performance. Generate reports to provide insights into channel sales activities and responsible to share with your reporting manager.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the lighting industry.
Ability to analze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
Familiarity with lighting products, technology, and industry trends.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
