Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct site visits with clients and provide professional advice on property investment options. Follow up with potential leads and maintain an up-to-date CRM system. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Assist in creating and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns. Coordinate with design teams to develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content. Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and customer preferences. Manage and update property listings on company website and real estate portals. Organize and participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
