to support the growth of our solar energy solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer handling, marketing activities, and coordination with internal teams to achieve sales targets and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Activities
Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, social media, and partner networks.
Explain solar products, solutions, and benefits to potential customers.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product information.
Follow up with customers to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
2. Marketing Activities
Support digital marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and outdoor activities.
Participate in exhibitions, events, and marketing drives.
Create basic marketing content such as brochures, posts, and presentations (if required).
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
3. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the technical/design team for site surveys and proposal development.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the manager.
Maintain customer data, lead records, and follow-up trackers.
Ensure timely communication between customers and internal departments.
Qualifications & Skills Education
Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate (Any discipline)
Experience
1-3 years in Sales or Marketing (solar industry preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers with high communication and persuasion skills may also apply
Skills Required
Strong communication & presentation skills
Good negotiation & customer-handling ability
Basic knowledge of solar products (training will be provided)
Proficiency in MS Office & mobile-based CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
