Responsibilities



Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand our reach. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and following up regularly. Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to effectively showcase our offerings. Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones. Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using our CRM system to track progress and identify opportunities for growth. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills



Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and confidently. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and foster trust with clients. Active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly and provide appropriate solutions. Ability to handle objections professionally and turn challenges into opportunities. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for achieving results. Familiarity with CRM software or other sales tracking tools is preferred.
