Your responsibility is to engage with society office bearers, schedule meetings with our advisory team, and ensure smooth client conversion by following through until their file is officially registered with our office.Key Responsibilities: - Society Visits & Contact Collection- Visit residential societies, apartments, and cooperative housing societies in assigned areas.- Collect accurate contact details of society office bearers (Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Committee Members).- Build and maintain a structured contact database. - Client Communication & Meeting Scheduling- Call society representatives promptly after visits.- Clearly explain Society Rights services and value offerings.- Schedule meetings between society representatives and our advisory/legal team.- Ensure meetings are held at our office with proper arrangements. - Follow-Up & Client Conversion- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective societies.- Address queries and coordinate with the legal advisory team for solutions.- Ensure society files are officially registered with our office. - Reporting & Coordination- Submit daily visit and meeting reports to management.- Work closely with the legal team to ensure timely scheduling and client servicing.- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discipline.Qualifications & Skills:- Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate (preferred: Marketing, Business).- Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.- Confident in field visits, cold calling, and client engagement.- Basic computer skills (MS Office/Google Sheets).- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven (ref:updazz.com)
