Lead conversation (Board line, Sales)
Monitoring all Supervisors -daily job, making them to involve in referrals, reviews, collecting payment from delay pay customers, supervisor need to strictly monitor on consent form all the customers.
Working on an increase in visits and revenue on a monthly basis.
Talking to customer in related to resolve, customer issues- such as
1) issues due to poor performance of staffs (inhouse and vendor),
2)supervisor not visiting the customer.
Monitoring and interacting with Homecare Billing, to collect the due amount from customers, if any billing clarification, customer not paying the due amount.
Maintain lead tracker on monthly bases and working in maximum conversation of on lead such as cost, and convincing to customer in regard to staff utilization.
Involving and assisting all our team members.
