2-4 years in Sales/Business Development (preferably in Healthcare IT or ERP solutions)
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Executive - Business Development to promote and sell our Hospital ERP Software. The role requires strong communication, sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while driving business growth in the healthcare technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver impactful sales pitches, product demonstrations (HIS & PACS), and customized proposals to prospective clients.
Coordinate marketing initiatives, including promotions, events, and exhibitions.
Contribute to branding activities and social media promotions.
Manage and advance sales opportunities across the entire business development cycle.
Identify and explore potential business deals by connecting with prospects and new market opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales.
Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrations to address client requirements.
Conduct market research and identify qualified target accounts for business expansion.
Generate leads through cold calling, references, social media outreach, and market insights.
Enhance the organization's reputation by proactively taking ownership, adding value, and pursuing new opportunities.
Requirements
2-4 years of proven experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in the healthcare IT or ERP domain.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build client relationships and negotiate effectively.
Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems, PACS or related ERP solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
