To make outbound calls to existing customers with the goal of persuading them to purchase additional products or services.
Need to be comfortable making cold calls, handling objections, and closing sales over the phone.
Skills Required :
Good understanding of financial services products or services you are selling.
Demonstrated proficiency in cross-selling with a strong sales background.
Proven track record in selling banking products including insurance, credit cards, and Home Loan/LAP.
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
