1. Maintain and update statutory and ISO documentation. Issuing work orders and tracking shop floor progress.
2. Coordinating logistics and staying up-to-date on dispatches and shipments to be received.
3. Communicate effectively and professionally in person, via phone, and through written correspondence.
4. Implement and follow up on data collection initiatives defined by leadership, compile data, and generate reports as needed.
5. Support the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
HARD QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. Ability to use macros and automate processes in Excel would be highly appreciated.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Verbal Fluency in Kannada is essential for this role, in addition to proficiency in English. Any fluency in Hindi would be highly appreciated.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
4. Ability to grasp new technology and procedures when provided with relevant guidance.
SOFT QUALIFICATIONS
1. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
2. Ability to cultivate genuine connections with employees across all levels of the organization.
3. Willing to take up new responsibilities under broad or limited supervision and ability to analyse and resolve problems.
4. Must present oneself in a professional manner and be well-groomed.
