Job Description

Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with 3 - 4 years of proven success in IT and cybersecurity solutions sales. This role involves driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and promoting Asfaleia's comprehensive portfolio of offerings such as security solutions - FW, AV, DLP, XDR, cloud etc. including IT security risk management, compliance services, cloud optimization, vCISO solutions.Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT and cybersecurity across sectors.- Develop and execute quarterly sales plans targeting specific industries (e.g., NBFC, retail, mfg. etc.) with a focus on risk compliance, assessment, security solutions.- Target oriented sale of security appliances, software and related services such as firewall, antivirus, DLP, gateway, XDR, cloud security solutions- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.- Collaborate with the technical team to align sales strategies with available services and solutions.- Present and demonstrate company offerings to clients through various mediums, including presentations, proposals, and meetings.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tracker.- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to provide insights and recommendations for the company's sales strategy.- Manage supply chain and build portfolio based on market demand.Requirements:- 3 - 4 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on IT and cybersecurity solutions.- Proven track record of successful sales experience in IT and cybersecurity services/products.- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including risk assessment, compliance, and infrastructure security.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Field experience with pre sales skills of understanding business requirements, getting quotes from supply chain, creating proposal, getting PO and payment against invoice.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.- Only candidates from Mumbai location will be preferred.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields will be preferred.- Experience in sectors such as NBFC, retail, manufacturing and logistics.- Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, cloud certifications etc.) are an added advantage.
