Title: Outreach Specialist (1-3 Years)Industry: IT & Cloud Services, Higher EducationLocation: Bengaluru (J. P. Nagar) | Hybrid- About the roleJoin a growing team supporting outreach and lead-generation for IT, Cloud, and Higher Education verticals. This role combines back-office operations with proactive outreach to validate, nurture, and hand off qualified leads. Training will be provided where required to help you succeed.- Key responsibilities- Back-office support: database upkeep, list building, data hygiene, and CRM updates.- Lead management: intake, qualification, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.- Outreach execution: outbound calling, email sequences, and basic messaging scripts.- Validation: verify lead details, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.- Reporting: maintain daily/weekly activity logs and outcome reports.- Social media support (optional): basic posting, monitoring, and outreach on select channels.- Ideal candidate profile- Based in Bengaluru and available for an in- person interview at J. P. Nagar.- Willing to work in a hybrid model (on-site + remote as scheduled).- 1-3 years of experience in outreach/inside sales/lead gen; motivated freshers who can join immediately in Bengaluru are welcome to apply.- Graduate/Master's with excellent spoken and written communication skills.- Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.- Organized, detail- oriented, comfortable with targets and structured reporting.- Basic familiarity with CRM/spreadsheets; willingness to learn new tools.- Eligibility and relocation- Local Bengaluru candidates are preferred.- Relocation and outstation candidates are not preferred at this time.- Training and support- Role- specific onboarding, ongoing training, and process playbooks will be provided.- Regular enablement on outreach scripts, objection handling, and CRM best practices.- Compensation and benefits- Paid role with reimbursements: travel, mobile, and food as per company policy.- Full- time employment with standard employment benefits and financial support programs as applicable.- Performance- based incentives/bonus.- Ongoing training and recognized certifications.
