Lead Generation and Sales: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients interested in interior design and furnishing services for newly purchased or existing properties. This includes following up on leads generated through various channels, and presenting interior design packages Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for interior design projects Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and present detailed proposals, including design concepts, cost estimates, and project timelines. Negotiate terms and close sales contracts Coordination: Act as a liaison between the client and the design team, ensuring the project aligns with the client's vision * Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with current interior design trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's services
